thank you for your comment. the work 'hjem' (home) is done with collage and acrylic on canvas. i have stopped painting with oil because of practicality. my inspiration comes from my surrounding, the mass media and the net. sometimes i think i spent too much time on the computer. i love living in the city and enjoy the hustle bustle and the chaotic life style.they gives me lots of input and source of inspiration, but i also do love living in an island with crystal clear 30 degrees salt water. best of luck abby and stay healthy.

thank you for your positive comment on my work. the work hjem is done with collage and acrylic on canvas. i have switched from using oil to acrylic due to practicality. i however would like to go back to using oil again someday. i am inspired by my surrounding, the mass media and the net.( i think sometimes i spent too much time with the computer). i like living in the city and enjoy and hustle bustle chaotic city life, but i also enjoy living in an island with crystal clear 30 degrees warm water:)

well, the 99 flagmen is sill in process. i hope to finish all the 99 men for my solo show in kuala lumpur this 30 oct. the flag shown are of danish and malaysian. i didnt sew it my self, but i got them for my birthday. the pole is made of plastic. sorry, i have forgotten to add that as one of the materials. your work is cool! all the very best.

in malaysia we have this saying,' katak di bawah tempurung' which means a frog that lives under his coconut shell. he doesnt see much since he doesnt go out. so in this work i just want to do the opposite. :) all the best.
