note:two torsos in upper left. significance? blindly one speaks from the heart to one turned away, heartless. evil [bird, always the bird] can be so festive in bright colors. kill the evidence [of past lifetimes, the cassette, the film], kill the evil. people talk mouth to ear in a pointless circle. never listening, never saying anything. the important thing is to have a line of communication through heart strings. this portion meant to resemble playing cards. city scape evokes a sense of 'leaving, and never looking back' ...something that happens only in daydreams. regret is viral, impossible to stave off, as demonstrated by the multi colored figure in the circles. corner of newspaper serves to coat the whole chaotic thing with a layer of false normality. having used newsprint paper and newspaper throughout, this felt natural.
