2003 - 2004 and present, 100,001 hand-knotted loops of jute twine measured to the length of my hand tied together by my hands in a single strand, approximately 4.5 miles long, displayed on an 8 x 8 foot platform.
A performance of being engaged in a repetitive and ritualistic process. Viewers are invited to untie and take a piece of the twine.
