In answer to your question, the surface of my works are very textured. I sometimes, as with Sugar Pill, use the tube of paint to draw lines. I use splatter and the mirror adds a lot of depth to the piece. Thanks again. I love this piece. I'm currently working with a lot of yellow and orange and red, but you have really mixed these colors well. Bravo. |

Abby, I enjoy 'Gepetto' and 'Prankster', you seem right on the money as for the Abex imperatives...I would like to see a detail of your surface, of the brush stroke. I especially like the density and exuberence of 'Sugar Pill', the open forms working very well for you. Mad coloration, you must have to use the whip and chair to control it... |
